When we met, she was organized, pleasant, truly lovely person who made the home viewing process easy. She presented the pros and cons of each area, didn't hide the good, the bad, the potentially ugly but also focused on the benefits of each area. She was patient and never pushy. And was always willing to look at another house. I truly believe that we found the best house at the best price for my needs. My only criticism is directed at Long Realty. Drop the $199 fee paid by buyer to the buyers agent. In my opinion the only time this fee should be paid is when the buyers agent's commission is less than $5000. Then the fee might be considered fair and reasonable.

You can tell she enjoys her job. And for me I felt she kept me informed, reminded me on tasks I needed to get done and because of the time difference (I'm in NH) I felt like she was working when I was starting my day and she was respectful to not to call too late. Bravo Nancy you got it done!
